Lunch ideas

Here are some lunch ideas that I have packed for my 4, 7, 13 and 14 year old.  You can surely use them for yourselves too. 😊

Almond milk, strawberry mama chia, nitrate and nitrite free turkey and cheese skewers, fresh strawberries, little Annie's cheese squares, 1 peanut butter on gluten free crackers.

I'm getting a little lazy towards the end of school so I'm packing prepared salads from Tom Thimb, apples and/or berries, 1/2 orange, all natural fruit strips (bought them at Costco), 1/2 Power Crunch protein bar, 1 peanut butter on gluten free crackers.

Vanilla almond milk, mixed fresh fruits, Boars Head turkey meat wrapped around cheese cubes, cheese squares, Nature Valley protein bar and all Natural Fruit strip.

Cut, chop and prep

This is an easy tip that will save you lots of time through out the week!!  I'll cut up strips of bell pepper, strawberries or apples and slice some cucumbers for easy snacking or to pack in lunches. I'll chop some onions and bell peppers so I can sautée or add them in dishes I'm cooking for dinner!!

Being prepared is the key to clean eating!
